Who is Eligible?

• 1. Sign up on shopystore.com.au with your email ID during EOFY Sale Period
• 2. You can sign up once only with your unique email ID
• 3. You must be over age of 18 & Australian residence to participate in the giveaway program
• 4. Participant, who get selected once for weekly giveaway voucher, will not be eligible to enter in following weekly giveaways list
• 5. All participants automatically added to monthly give away list

How to Enter?

• 1. To enter to get chance to win $100 & $500 gift voucher, Sign Up as a register user on our the Shopystore.com.au online store
• 2. You can sign up once only with your unique email ID, multiple time sign up will not increase the chance of winning

Giveaway Period

• 1. The giveaway period will be from 1st June 2023 to 31st Dec 2023.
• 2. Entries received outside the specified giveaway period will not be considered.

Winner Selection

• 1. The winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries with the help of https://simpliers.com/en/giveaway/.
• 2. The selection will take place within a reasonable time.
• 3. The winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided during registration (email, phone, etc.).
• 4. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within a specified time period or fails to respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

• 1. The prize(s) for weekly giveaways will be 1 x $100 store credit voucher every week and for monthly 1 x $500.
• 2. The prize(s) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• 3. Shopystore reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
• 4. Any additional costs associated with the prize(s) (such as shipping fees, taxes, etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner(s)

Publicity Release

• 1. By participating in the giveaway, the winner(s) consent to the use of their name, image, and any submitted content for promotional purposes related to Shopystore, without further compensation or notification.

General Conditions

• 1. Shopystore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• 2. Shopystore's decision regarding all matters related to the giveaway is final and binding.
• 3. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• 4. By participating, participants release Shopystore and its affiliates from any and all liability related to the giveaway or the acceptance/use of the prize(s).
